GPAC was engaged by Viacon Projects to provide demolition and installation of mechanical systems. We installed exposed spiral ductwork to suit the new layout and multiple supplementary units and ventilation for 4000sqm of the College across four floors and multiple comms rooms. A base building kitchen exhaust system was also installed for the hospitality tenant on the ground floor.
